In general, LSS Associates provides conference and convention sponsorship sales for clients with conferences and events having the following general characteristics. But we'd like to hear about your situation and need even if it does not match these below characteristics.
- The conference or event is six or more months away.
- The conference or event has a total sponsorship financial target of at least $150,000, or there are multiple conferences contracted for with aggregate sponsorship dollars equal to or above this amount.
- The conference is in any of the following fields: technology, standards, communications (telecom, cellular, wireles, satellite), the Internet, medical technology, healthcare, emergency preparedness, or legal matters.
- The organization does not have staff dedicated to selling sponsorships, or if it does, the agreement with LSS Associates clearly spells out tasks for the staff and tasks for LSS Associates.

- First we are provided all your past contact information--prior exhibitors, prior sponsors (and what sponsorships they took) and prior non-sold sponsor candidates. We organize all this data to manage our sales campaign. We contact these parties by phone and email.
- We work with you to develop an attractive and informative Prospectus which covers sponsorship opportunities and exhibit opportunities in sufficient detail.
- We study your past participants, the industry, and related trade shows and conferences to identify companies that could attend and sponsor your event but have not done so in the past.
- We work to understand each prospect's situation, sponsorship potential, and decision process and schedule. We conduct a disciplined calling campaign with each until they make their decision. We seek to develop a friendly business relationship with prospects, and gain their respect.
- We continually evaluate sales to see which sponsorships are selling and which are not selling. We will recommend repricing and other proprietary pricing strategies if necessary to increase specific sales and overall revenues.
- We provide periodic status reports to prospects on sponsorship sales so they know others are buying.
- We provide you with regular reports on sales results.
